On June 11, 2025, ULKASEMI extended its footprint further east by participating in the TSMC Japan Technology Symposium at Pacifico Yokohama North, Minatomirai, Yokohama. These event, recognized as some of the most influential gatherings in the semiconductor industry, brought together global leaders to explore groundbreaking technologies, future-forward collaboration, and the ever-evolving design landscape.
This one-day event delved into advanced logic nodes like 5nm, 4nm, 3nm, 2nm, and A16, as well as revolutionary packaging technologies including TSMC-SoIC, InFO, CoWoS, and TSMC-SoW, key to driving the next wave of AI, high-performance computing, and system integration. Highlights also included a panel on the automotive industry’s transformation, emphasizing shifts toward autonomous vehicles, EVs, and software-defined architectures (SDVs). At both events, ULKASEMI proudly represented Bangladesh on the global stage, demonstrating the relentless dedication, technical brilliance, and growing leadership of its engineering teams worldwide.
